Enrollment in the Accountability Homes™ can take as little as 24 hours, at any point during the year. We work closely with you to plan the transition into and out of your new living arrangements.
Step 1
Fill out an enrollment application and forms (click below).
Step 2
Fax or e-mail the enrollment application to us. You may contact our administrative offices by emailing us at admin@accountabilityhomes.com or call 602-714-2670 to obtain information or to ask questions.
Step 3
If accepted, an acceptance letter will be issued. An optional tour or in-person interview may be scheduled after you are approved for admissions. Then, you just need to choose a move in date and pay first month's rent!
